Hi All, I just want to say Thank you so much ( to the Airport clinic staff) for caring for our mom yesterday. You were really so understanding and so compassionate in understanding our dilemma. We always hear of all the terrible things that happen in SA so I am so happy and pleased and want people to know that we do have a great country with a lot of people like you guys who care. My mom is well and will travel today. Thanks so much for taking care of her luggage and being there and doing your jobs well.

Good day, Very often people are very quick to complain, but less easily compliments are given when they are in order. On Thursday evening I was feeling unwell, and quite late my wife took me through to Arwyp for medical attention and treatment. When we arrived a lady immediately inquired about my well-being and showed me to the emergency room, unfortunately I did not get her name, so she will be one of the un-sung heroes of the evening. The lady that received me and opened the file was very efficient and caring too. I was received and treated by a male sister at first and there after I was attended to by the doctor. He accurately diagnosed my condition/problems and prescribed some medication. His manner and care was great, and speaks of his passion and dedication to his career and service. On Saturday already I was feeling a lot better! I hope that the other people’s names would be evident from my file, as they need a HUGE thank you! Also the facilities were world class. Something that you can surely pride yourselves on.

Both my children were admitted at 3am in the morning on the 15 February 2011. Your staff have been absolutely fantastic from admission to discharge (this includes your reception and nursing staff). Penelope Sibeko: My daughter was admitted on Tuesday 15th February 2011 at Arwyp Medical Centre Peadiatric Ward 8. I feel a need to thank the nurses for their outstanding, caring mannerism they have showed, I didn't stress as much as I thought I would in the incident and I was calm because of their welcoming spirit in the ward. I cannot mention by name but was glad to have dealt with them for the period of 4 days my daughter was not well. Thank you to the staff, pediatrician and doctor who referred us to Arwyp.

Marlinda Rodolph: The personnel took excellent care of me at all times and were extremely helpful and friendly! EXCELLENT! The food was lovely, no such thing as bad hospital food at Arwyp. This was more like hotel/restaurant food.
Mahlatse Lukhele: They made me feel at home and I forgot that I was in the hospital. Every meal was good and healthy. I wish that you could cater for me at home. Cleaning department: The smiles that they put on their faces everyday made me feel much better

Rudi Stone – Exceptionally friendly service. Never in my life have I seen people more eager to help than that of the Arwyp staff.
