Staff Communication Sessions

In order to communicate to the staff of the hospital what has been happening in and around the hospital of late and to update staff members on changes that will be happening to the buildings themselves, a series of staff communications were held at the Bible House Auditorium for all staff members including a few sessions at 03h00 for the night staff members. Thanks to Veronica Laubscher and her team for ensuring that each staff member received a free pie & juice. The agenda included the following: The company’s mission, vision and core values, HR, Quality, Customer Services, Corporate Affairs, ATI, Pharmacy, Finance, Core Operations, The lift upgrade project, Current projects, Hospitality and Housekeeping, Access control and parking and Risk management and Security. Each staff member completed a feedback form and was asked to vote for what they preferred for the year end. The 3 most requested activities for the 2010 year end function are: Goodie Hamper; Food Voucher; Gold Reef City. A vote between these 3 will now take place.
