Refund Policy
If you have any questions about your account, you may contact our offices by phone or by email. One of our debtors’ clerks will assist you with your account queries and a refund request.
Processing of refunds is handled within three weeks.  This time period includes the time for us to solve your query, the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process the refund transaction.
You will be notified via email / phone once the refund has been processed.
